Guaranteed Reservations and Deposits

All reservations must be guaranteed with a deposit or for OTAs with credit card.
All credit cards will be verified upon confirmation of reservation.
A minimum one-night deposit is required for all reservations to be confirmed as a definite booking.
Full, non-refundable prepayment may be required for special dates, including holidays and special event bookings.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival date unless otherwise stated.
For cancellations that occur within 48 hours prior to the arrival date, the minimum fee of one night room and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.

    • Arrival Time – 1:00pm
    • Departure Time – 11:00am

Early Arrivals

To ensure room availability upon an early arrival the room must be reserved the night prior to your stay.

Late Departures

Past 11:00 am: Departure can be extended till 12 pm as a courtesy, based on availability.
Past 12 pm: Departure can be extended till 3 pm as a courtesy, based on availability. 50% of reservation rate will be charged.
Past 3 pm: Departure can be extended up to 11 am, of the following morning based on availability. Full reservation value will be charged to credit card on file.
